Variation
Use this on induction or on-boarding training, as a way to get your new starters to think about what they learnt the day before. A great way to reinforce and refresh their learning.
Make it harder by asking the teams to list the phonetic alphabet on the flipchart paper, and come up with something customer service related for each letter - make the exercise a little longer but not too long; keep the energy in the exercise.
